On a cold winter night in February of 1990, some old friends gathered to share the warmth of a common love... Western Music. By the end of that evening, they decided to combine their talents and create what has become

"Judith Arts Society booked Pollo Loco for a Pub Night Series Concert in Stanford, MT on January 14, 2026. We had seen Pollo Loco perform at previous Montana Performing Arts Consortium showcases and had booked them for a similar event in Utica MT in 2022. We found them to be professional and easy to work with throughout the booking process. They were a good fit for our venues and travel with their own stage setup and equipment. This trio is a local favorite in our area and put on an excellent show each time we had them. They are true to their western roots and had a deep catalog of songs that really resonated with our audience. They had an easy rapport with the crowd, keeping them entertained with jokes and stories.
